Jon Moore

Jon joined PT Northwest December 10th, 2007. Jon says “I grew up in Salem and PT Northwest has been a long standing leader in the PT community ever since I can remember. When I knew I was moving back to Salem after PT school, PT Northwest was at the top of the list because of the high treatment standards, commitment to evidence based treatment, advanced certifications, and commitment to family.”

Being a local guy, Jon graduated from Sprague HS in 1998, then went to Corban University (formerly Western Baptist College) graduating in 2002 with a B.S. in Health Sciences. Jon then went on to PT school after taking 2 years off and graduated from California State University, Fresno (Fresno State Univ) in 2007 with his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Jon received his OCS certification in 2010.

Jon specializes in general orthopedics with a specific interest in post-op Shoulder and Knee rehab. Jon also oversees the Vestibular Program here at PT Northwest, which specializes in management of Vertigo, Balance, and Fall prevention.

Outside of work Jon’s number one priority is his family. Jon married his beautiful wife, Sarah, in August 2002 and I has 2 children, Milah born in April 2010 and Maddox born on December 18, 2013. Jon spends a lot of time with his church family at Salem Heights Church. He also makes it a priority to exercise every day – running, P90X, sports, etc
