Recognized Leaders in Physical Rehabilitation Both Locally and Nationally

Welcome to PT Northwest

Providing Physical Therapy,  Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy throughout Salem and Surrounding Areas.

Founded in 1977, PT Northwest is a locally owned, nationally recognized leader in physical rehabilitation. Our team of physical, occupational and speech therapists and athletic trainers are passionate about helping you RESTORE YOUR ACTIVE LIFESTYLE. We often hear from our patients, “you transformed my life!”

PT Northwest was the first group chosen nationally to utilize Intermountain Healthcare’s Rehabilitation Outcomes Management System to collect, analyze, and report on patient clinical data, in order to improve care and lower costs. Intermountain Healthcare is consistently rated as one of the top four health care organizations in America. What does this mean for our patients? It means our patients on average will get better faster, with less out of pocket cost over the course of treatment compared to other physical rehabilitation groups.

Our patients have enthusiastically responded to our passion for physical rehabilitation. PT Northwest uses the Net Promoter Score (NPS) to measure patient satisfaction. The NPS is widely used by companies such as Amazon, Apple, Nordstrom & Costco. Net Promoter Score ranges from -100 to 100. Currently, we average an 86.0 by our patients. Per NPS scoring break down, that is a World Class Ranking.

As a progressive Medicare Certified Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility, our group is held to a higher standard of rehabilitative care when compared to regular physical or occupational therapists in independent practice. Our physical, occupational, and speech therapy services are offered through our clinics located in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, in addition to the area hospitals that we serve.

PT Northwest is proud to be the Official Sports Therapy & Rehab Provider of the San Francisco Giant’s Affiliate the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes, the Corvallis Knights of the West Coast College Baseball League, the Portland Timbers U23 team and Willamette University.

OUR MISSION

PT Northwest’s mission is to provide the most effective physical rehabilitation available by:

Empowering patients to reach their highest level of physical recovery.

Challenging our rehab team to provide the highest quality and current concepts in rehabilitation services through continuing education and financial support.

Giving the communities we serve the leading rehabilitative services.
